Where expertise meets innovation

Online Courtroom Project
Founded by Richard Gabriel in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Online Courtroom Project is an advisory task force of experts in the social sciences, technology, and law who believe parties have a Constitutional right to a trial—and that the justice system needs to embrace innovation to maintain those rights in times of crisis.

Built on decades of case-plan experience
Nearly forty years of trial strategy work sits behind every initiative we launch. Each project grows out of the same case-planning discipline we bring to counsel on individual matters—grounded research, rigorous communication, and a structured path from question to verdict.
When we see a gap in the legal system—whether public trust or access to the courts—we convene the experts, pool the data, and share what we learn so the profession moves forward together.
